Implementing a new platform for Growth

As the scale of their e-commerce business grew we, as the implementors of their first transactional website, were engaged to manage the end to end project to move them onto a new technology platform for growth. Create The Group was selected and together with the technology upgrade we helped specify and implement the new business processes required. The key elements of the project were ;

–  Full end to end programme management – including over 10 3rd party vendors

–  Technical and Business Requirements specification with the Matalan business and IT functions

–  Business process mapping and re-engineering

The 12 month project was implemented successfully in March 2013 with the site now supporting the £60m+ e-commerce business
