Implementing the first Pets at Home transactional website

Pets at Home were relatively late to the online market but had spent several months attempting to implement their first transactional website on the Snow valley platform. They had major technical and business process issues and we were engaged at the latter part of the project to ‘own’ the implementation. Key areas we ‘owned’ ;

–  Full end to end project management of all internal staff and 3rd party Vendors

–  Development of documented and robust  test schedules to ensure all areas of the organisation were involved

–  Cutover planning and implementation plus post go live early life support

The lengthy project was brought to a successful conclusion in two months and both the site and the business continue to grow.
