Both Richard and Steve spent 19 years with the Littlewoods Shop Direct group, working for their different store, catalogue and online brands. Steve even saw the first online order being made online for Littlewoods in 1999.
The biggest shop at home group in the UK. Shop Direct was formed from the home shopping giants Littlewoods and Great Universal. It operates the biggest catalogue brands in the UK, with its Littlewoods, Littlewoods Direct, Additions and Marshall Ward brands.
Working for the Littlewoods and the Shop Direct organisations meant that we set up and were involved in the performance of the following e-commerce sites.
