Defining the organisational structure for an ecommerce start up
Luxup was a new-to-market luxury lifestyle and discount concept, started by the Marwyn investment house. After recruiting some of the most prestigious names in the fashion industry we were asked to develop an integrated organisational map that:
– Detailed key virtual roles and skills needed
– Identified role gaps e.g. customer services director
– Proposed a management strategy and process to get the best out of their resources.
As a result of this organisational audit they were able to adjust their recruitment strategy
